Jessica's Botrytis

2009 ‘Jessica’s’ Botrytis Semillon

Deep gold in colour, the nose displays pineapple and lime characters reflecting the fresh Semillon while a marmalade tone is introduced by the Botrytis infection. The palate holds guava fruit and is rich and long without being overly sweet. The finish is balanced with crisp acidity.
A perfect accompaniment to dessert dishes this wine may be carefully cellared in order to gain complexity
