Tasting Notes

Blend – Traditional Bordeaux Blend. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon & 50% Merlot

Colour – Deep cherry purple colour portrays the richness in the taste.

Aromas – The balance of the fruit indicates a harmony between acidity, tannins, sweetness and dryness.

Palate – Medium to full bodied with vibrant fruity blackcurrant and plum. Very fine tannins on a long finish. 

Oak – 2nd & 3rd year French Oak

Cuisine - Red Meats, Pasta, Wild Game and Cheeses.
