Colour – Deep plum with Blackcurrant highlights.

Aromas – Exceptional berry fruit coupled with a slight spicy coffee fragrance.

Palate – Mouth filling richness that develops a more velvet feel as it ages. Characters display a earthy terracotta sweetness.

Oak – 20% New French Oak; 2nd & 3rd year French Oak

Cuisine - Red Meats, Pasta, Wild Game and Cheeses.
