Tasting Notes

Colour – Deep mulberry & plum highlights.

Aromas – Attractive, lifted, mulberry & plum fruits enhances the drinkability, with generous but gentle fruit and barely noticeable oak.

Palate – Classically medium bodied, with soft fruits of the forest balanced by soft tannins and light oak.

Oak – 2nd & 3rd year French Oak, 2nd & 3rd year American Oak

Cuisine - Red Meats, pasta, wild game and soft cheeses.
