Tasting Notes
Colour – Crimson-purple, deep plum with Blackcurrant highlights.
Aromas – Exceptional berry fruit coupled with a slight spicy highly perfumed mint and coffee fragrance.
Palate – Mouth filling richness that develops a more velvet feel whilst ageing. Characters display an earthy terracotta sweetness interwoven through firm but balanced tannins.
Oak – 30% - New French Oak
70% Aged French Oak
Cuisine - Red Meats, Pasta, Wild Game and Cheeses.
Alcohol- 13%
