Tasting Notes

Colour – Deep mulberry & plum crimson hues.
Aromas – Attractive, lifted, mulberry & plum fruits enhances the drinkability, with generous but gentle savoury herb and barely noticeable oak.

Palate – Classically structured medium bodied, with black olive and soft fruits of the forest balanced by slightly dry tannins and immaculate oak handling adds the finishing touch.

Oak – 100% Aged French Oak

Cuisine - Red Meats, Pasta, Wild Game and Soft Cheeses.

Alcohol- 12.5%
