2010 Semillon/Chardonnay

Tasting Notes

Grape Varietals – 60% Semillon and 40% Chardonnay

Colour – Grassy green tinged when young, but with ageing a rich golden tint.

Aromas – The fruit blossom and the grassy aromatics provides a delicate attractive freshness.

Palate – Balanced lingering citrus with a touch of herbal spices developed a small portion of barrel fermented in French Oak.

Oak - 20% Chardonnay 1st year French Oak Barriques - 20% Chardonnay & 60% Semillon stainless steel vats

Cuisine – Seafood and Alfresco Dining

Cellaring Potential – 3 to 6 years

Alcohol- 11.5%
