Tasting Notes

Grape Varietals – 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc.

Colour – Grassy green tinged when young, but with ageing a brilliant golden tint.

Aromas – Zesty fresh citrus and crisp aromatics of fine passionfruit and ripe peach.

Palate – Intense harmonious melon and tropical fruit flavours with a extremely delightful lingering finish, capturing the freshness and essence characters.

Cuisine - Seafoods and Alfresco Dining.

Cellaring Potential – Current consumption to 3 years.

Alcohol- 12%
